Back to BURN NOTICE for a second.

USA TODAY's critic didn't at all like the new season-long twist of Michael working for Carla, allegedly the person responsible for burning him. That didn't bother me at all.
My only complaint about the episode is the continuing, unnecessary presence of Sharon Gless as his annoying mother. I know her "problems" are there for comedy relief, but unless she's going to actively help in some way to assist in cases (even if it's to take in people in hiding like last season or bring someone who needed help to Michael's attention), I just find her presence irritating and not useful. (As useless as Lesley Ann Warren was when I was watching IN PLAIN SIGHT.) I love these actresses, but their roles in the shows are really disposable.
