No time to catch up. I have had my last pretrial conference, gone home and cut the downed limb into pieces I hope they will pick up with the trash.  (That was a lot of sawing)   Recovered from getting overheated  cutting the tree limb and am not back at work.

I did have time to skim quickly through today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. No Luke and Noah and not in the previews for tomorrow either.

Not sure how all the "Mc"s fill the bill, but if the M is sufficient, I name

Bear McCreary, composer, TV series "Battlestar Galactica".

I believe the two Brian Mays are one and the same person - can someone check?

They are not - one is an Aussie film composr (Mad Max), the other a British rock star.

Yeah, that's the ticket, Big Mitch .. isn't that what they call the Michelin Tire Guy -- Big Mitch or Big Mich?  (I'm going for the save here folks .... maybe? ...)

No, he has a real first name.

If you want the save - you must post it (it is a "B")

Dakota Celt are you just not reading the NOTES?  And are you not reading the posts - just about every name you've mentioned has been listed - and the big list appears several times on this board.

And here it is folks:

Government inspectors have found the same salmonella strain responsible for a nationwide food-poisoning outbreak in a Mexican-grown jalapeno in a Texas plant, prompting a new warning for consumers to avoid eating fresh jalapenos.

The Food and Drug Administration called Monday's announcement a "very important break in the case."

But it doesn't mean Mexican jalapenos are the culprit _ the pepper may not have been contaminated on the farm. And while tomatoes currently are safe to eat, health officials also said the finding doesn't exonerate tomatoes that were sold earlier in the spring and summer.

These idiots just can't admit they were completely wrong about the tomatoes - they had ZERO evidence and just guessed, thereby causing the tomato growers millions of dollars.  These creeps need to apologize and admit their error.  They at least now seem to have some proof of the jalapeno thing, or so they say.

The Barra McNeils!  They recorded a version of Auld Lang Syne that is purported to be the original melody, not the Guy Lombardo version.  It's a beautiful version.  My sister's boyfriend recorded their Christmas concert on PBS and that song was in it.

I meant to mention this the other day. The Television Critics Association named MAD MEN the "Program of the Year." JOHN ADAMS was named "Movie or Miniseries of the Year."

Good Afternoon!

Greetings from the cool - almost chilly - comfort of Chelsea Studios.  We finished about 15 minutes ago, but since the studio was rented for another hour, I figured I'd use the time to catch up on things computer and internet.  -Or something like that.

We had a nice turn out today.  About 170 people came in.  And we have a nice group coming back tomorrow morning for the callbacks.  -Which should go quite quickly.  I'll be coming in at 11:00 - instead of 10:00 now - and it looks like we'll be done by Noon.  Thank you, Disney!  ;)
