Can one of our New Yorkers tell me if it's necessary for me to bring a coat? I know it may be raining, but is it hot and humid?

Very hot and humid at the moment, BK! According to weather.com, it's raining all day tomorrow.

Looking at the forecast I would take a light weight rain jacket and a light weight sweatshirt (zip-up) or sweater. Items that can be layered if needed, especially in the morning or evening.

Matt H. I spent a good amount of time browsing your review site. I enjoyed the reviews I read. It was interesting to have read your approach to writing them. I didn’t realize you have multiple comments to respond to after each review. How long do you follow those for?

Am I missing something? I can find your posts, including your reviews, but no way to open a list of your reviews without posts.

It was a long day we started individual voir dire at 8:00 AM. Took a 10 minute break in the morning a 20 minute break for lunch and then went through until 5:00 PM. We're close. After that I met with my client's parents and then did a trial deposition of the medical examiner who has a funeral to attend out of town so she can't be there. Tonight I have a lot to do to get ready for tomorrow, but at least we aren't starting until 9:00 AM and will probably take a regular lunch hour.

The news reports today are just "Jury Selection Continues" so there's nothing too exciting. There will be two television cameras starting in the morning since we're back in open court, so there will likely be more reports. They film everything and then run about 20 seconds. Pretty funny

DR Cillaliz - Are you familiar with the play Voir Dire by Joe Sutton? It's quite an interesting play. I've seen three productions of it, and it's one of those pieces that needs to be directed carefully and cast carefully. It can either seem very real, or just a string of clichés.

..."So You Think You Can Dance?" is just finishing up here...

Apparently, it was storming somewhere since the feed was really weird and messed up during the last number. For a second I almost thought the tempo changes were intentional, but... However, I thought it was a real good night for the choreographers. And since it's just down to the final eight, they did two routines each - long ones - as well a solo.

We had that Ultimate Broadway cd at one time -- or else borrowed it from the library. We loved the Aretha Franklin version of "I Dreamed a Dream." But then, we also love Mrs. Miller and Wing. Our favorite lyric was "What in the hell is going on???"
