Good evening. We got our jury seated this morning and did opening statements. We are through 1 1/2 witnesses. I read the online newspaper report and watched 2 of the news channels. None of them have what was said in court correct. It's just amazing how wrong they can me.

The TV coverage has once again convinced me of 2 things, I need to lose weight and I need a hair style that makes the back of my head look good.

Hi DR Cilla. Have you considered letting your hair grow longer? You can layer the front to frame your face.

I consider opening statements to be the weakest part of my trial skills, however today, I was very pleased with the way it went. That's a huge relief. We are slowly going through photo after photo after photo. It's a long tedius procedure, but it's the way it's done. I'm actually quite glad it's taking him this long to get through things because it means we won't get to any of the "big" witnesses until next week so I will have time over the weekend to prep for them.

It is longer than my photo. My hair is too thin, when it gets long it doesn't look good. I'm not real pleased with it right now, but it'll do for now

DR Jane - somewhere along the line, I caught the tip of my right index finger on something sharp and discovered the effects of taking blood thinners for a month

Skipped the stop at the grocery store and came on home for a band-aid.

I must say I love the craziness of being in trial, It means long days, followed by long nights of prep, no sleep and never knowing what is going to happen from moment to moment. What could be better.

In about 11 hours DS Craig's girlfriend should be taking off from the airport in Bucharest and returning to him after their long separation. I think she has been gone for about 10 or 11 months now. Wow! No wonder she rushed back as soon as possible after getting her undergraduate degree.

Now if only he had a job so he can support them all.
