" he had been working on playing Charles Darnay in rehearsals for the forthcoming A Tale of Two Cities musical..."

How do you work on playing Charles Darnay in rehearsals?  Was he cast in the role?  Was he understudying the role?  Was he thinking of auditioning for the role?  I don't understand the phrase, I guess.

I'm not sure of the exact time line, but I suspect that he was not asked to "come to Broadway" with the show.  I noticed his name was conspicuously absent from the initial press releases for the Broadway run of the show.  However, he still can be seen in the promo pics that are on display at the Hirshfeld.

As for the show itself, well... It's a true "first-timers" project, and some of the clips I've heard do sound a bit green.  For better or worse.

AAA is better than a husband, sometimes.

I'm glad your evening wasn't more exciting, DR Vixmom.

No, I think the winner is declared next week, the Mole revealed, and then there's a recap of all the ways the Mole sabotaged the game during the season.

I figured they would have a recap show next week (i like that). But i thought they would declare the winner tonight.  I had checked on abc.com and there was no indiction about any of it.

But after watching the show you are right. The finale is next week. Or i guess you could say tonight was part 1 and next week is part 2. They should have totally done this as a 2 hour show on the same night.

According to the iPhone Availability page, iPhones are currently available at all three Los Angeles-area Apple Stores (The Grove, Beverly Center and Century City).

*Of course, that availability can change daily and hourly(!).

I saw another Laughing Cow TV ad for BelAmi cheese.

It was as inane as the one I saw the other day.

Cheese NEVER makes me smile or laugh.  End of story.

I would avoid, like a plague, anyone who ate cheese and smiled broadly and then laughed.

If someone cut the cheese, I'd at least understand the laughter.

I might not be appreciative of the act, but I could relate to the humor.

Cutting the cheese can be very giggle-inducing for all ages.  It's often a family activity.

Well, in some families the cheese is so volatile everyone needs gas masks.  Not so funny.

Other families may be prudish.
