So I guess the only part left over for me is Nathan Fillion's jockstrap.

They have websites for that.

Hmm... If walking is making your back hurt, it sounds like you're not stretching before nor after your run/walk.  After is more important since it will also help get your spine back in alignment after all the "bouncing".  If your back continues to hurt, then I'd suggest taking a day or two off, or else you may end up doing some damage back there.

*Also - How old are are your running shoes?  They can wear out faster than you think - especially if you use them for daily walking around too.  A "crushed sole" can cause a lot of back issues.  -Trust me on this one - I know from experience.

"A Crushed Soul"  That is the name of my new novel!

Well...  America's favorite dancer was just announced on "So You Think You Can Dance?"... Hmmm... I'm happy for the winner, but would have been happier if someone else had won.

*But it was a good season finale.  LOTS of dancing, and even the judges got into the act!

Well, if you happened to like the same gentlemen that DRMBarnum likes, I don't think you'd have a problem with holding them down.  In fact, you'd probably have a problem getting them up off the floor.  And otherwise.

Next Wednesday I go to Chicago for the Judicial Conference. It will be interesting because I have become very frustrated wtih federal court and I have a feeling I may just speak my mind.  That's not a bad thing as long as I say things the right way.

Next Thursday I'm going to see SUPERIOR DOUGHNUTS at the Steppenwolf Theater in Chicago.  It's Tracy Lett's new play. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

I"m glad tomorrow is Friday,  This has been a long week.  Although I must say going down to billing 5-6 hours a day seems like not even working after what I've been doing the past 2 months.

I've enjoyed watching the CBS-HD version - would I gain much by buying and watching the DVD set?

der Brucer

Well, CBS broadcast the first season. I've just finihsed reviewing the second season which I think is actually even better than the first. But it WAS on sDVD, and when you've seen it in HD, the show looks a bit lackluster in SD.

I watched the bonus features related to DEXTER on the fourth disc after I finished the last episode (and what a season finale it was!) Very little on there pertaining to DEXTER. There were some DVD-ROM items, but I don't think you shouold have to watch your DVD on your computer in order toaccess bonus material.

I had two very lengthy phone calls tonight, so I didn't get to watch as many things as I had planned. Enjoyed talking to both friends, but both interrupted the movie I had started.

Anyway, I did get all the way through THE MUMMY (Fraser) on Blu-ray. Looked marvelous, and the sound was DTS-HA Master Audio, so it was through the roof.

I did have time to watch the preview of the new MUMMY film on the disc. Looked like fun. (Some was from the film, some of the shots were behind-the-scenes kind of stuff.) It only lasted about 3 minutes.

BURN NOTICE had a GREAT episode tonight.

Loved how everything worked out, and loved the twist at the end, too.
