I have a question for DRs RonP and MBarnum,

After last night's show who are your favorites on BIG BROTHER?

Libra is actually growing on me!
I like Dan a lot. And memphis.

And renny is alright.
I still like keesha but a bit less.

I do have two names:

First, Angus MacGyver, Richard Dean Anderson's character in the TV series "MacGyver".

I'm liking Dan a lot more now than before.  I like Memphis, and I like Renny and Keesha.  Keesha apparently went a bit off the beam last night, but not moreso than Michelle who seems to thrive on conflict more than on anything else.

The ones I dislike the most are, in order, April, Jerry and Ollie.  Ollie needs to wake up, smell the coffee and start playing the game rather than riding on April's apron strings.

Libra won't ever grow on me.  She's far too volatile, but I have to say the "other side" totally don't get that she's not pulling the strings for the opposition.  But that's a leftover from Jessie's lying/manipulation of his team.

Come to think of it, I think I despise Jerry most of all.  What a hypocrite he was...branding Dan as hiding behind his cross and calling him a Judas and saying all sorts of things about his faith.  None of that has a thing to do with anything and Jerry is a lowlife for doing stuff like that.

Jerry, himself, removed his military cap as HOH when he went back on his word and nominated Brian, betraying his main alliance partner.  How does he reconcile that hypocrisy????  And to judge Dan?

Isaac Hayes' performance of "Shaft" on the Academy Awards television broadcast was electrifying.

Based on the current issue of The Week, Richard and I just ordered tickets for the Aug. 31 matinee of "Around the World in 80 Days" at the Irish Rep in NYC.  Anyone want to join us?

The irony here is that this production had a successful run at Cincinnati's Playhouse in the Park and we missed it.  We've decided we need to go there more.

Yes, Jerry is now at the very bottom of my list...he is turning into a not so nice person.

Dan, Keesha, Renny, and Memphis are my favorites. I am also hoping that Ollie wakes up and sees what a witch April is (did you see April's face when Ollie got all happy over Janelle! I laughed). I like Ollie as a person, but not as a player.

BK, I went to the Salem Best Buy last night and there were several DVDs of those double features that you talked about yesterday (World Without End, etc.).

One reason that the clerks could not locate them on the computer, nor can you locate them on Best Buy's website, is that they are not listed by the movie title, but are listed as "Sci Fi 70s"...which is totally dumb. Best Buy does that a lot, so you have to get very creative to be able to locate anything there.

I noticed that they were filed like at Virgin the other day too.  In fact, a couple of those new two-fers seem to be listed by the series title rather than by or under one of the movie titles in the two-pack.

Kaye Ballard's on The Tonight Show was better.   ;D

Yes, that was hilarious!  All I see in April is her bleached blonde hair, her "go-on-and-feel-'em-they're-real" bosoms and a nasty disposition.

In some ways, Ollie is too stupid to be true.

Character actor Arnold Moss - appeared in hundreds of TV shows and films - had one of those great voices and, in fact, along with Reed Hadley, narrated many film noir and crime pictures.

I think there are still quite a few A.M.s to go - once an updated list is published - if we look carefully we should be able to riff on names.
