re: big brother 10

I'm liking Dan a lot more now than before.  I like Memphis, and I like Renny and Keesha.  Keesha apparently went a bit off the beam last night, but not moreso than Michelle who seems to thrive on conflict more than on anything else.

The ones I dislike the most are, in order, April, Jerry and Ollie.  Ollie needs to wake up, smell the coffee and start playing the game rather than riding on April's apron strings.

Libra won't ever grow on me.  She's far too volatile, but I have to say the "other side" totally don't get that she's not pulling the strings for the opposition.  But that's a leftover from Jessie's lying/manipulation of his team.

Come to think of it, I think I despise Jerry most of all.  What a hypocrite he was...branding Dan as hiding behind his cross and calling him a Judas and saying all sorts of things about his faith.  None of that has a thing to do with anything and Jerry is a lowlife for doing stuff like that.

Jerry, himself, removed his military cap as HOH when he went back on his word and nominated Jessie despite his PROMISE not to.  How does he reconcile that hypocrisy????  And to judge Dan?

I actually mostly agree with everything you said. jerry really annoyed me with how he acted towards dan. First off jerry did worse. and second, since they are all convinced that dan is america's player WHY ARE THEY SO MAD HE VOTED OUT JESSIE?  I just could not believe how jerry acted towards dan ("you are dead to me")

If you looked at any of the links i posted i think keesha and michelle both went loony. But since i never cared much for michelle what she said was not really an eye opener.

Of the videos i posted there was one that made me like keesha a lot. And one that made me dislike her.  She really went crazy in a room with michelle/libra and april. And surprisingly april sat there and did not go besirk.

Keesha was swearing, and interupting. And she was drunk. But i did not like her at all.  Later though she was in the backyard with memphis and jerry and they were comforting her (hey didn't they hate each other last week).  This was actually the first time i liked jerry and it will be interesting to see if they show this. He was really wonderful towards her. And il iked her a lot because she was being genuine and saying how hard it was for her in the house and how she doesn't like how everyone is acting.

The Tom Lehrer Songbook 1 and 2, I think

der Brucer

PS I have a 50 page MSWord document that contains the recorded patter and lyrics for most of his songs if you'd like.

I have that one volume (albeit with a yellow cover); never knew that it was one of two.

Thanks for the offer, but I can pretty much quote everything by heart anyhow. :)

Back before the little ones came on the scene, I used to "perform" (the less said about my singing voice, the better) many Lehrer songs at the late Rose's Turn piano bar. The highlight of my performing career was having a fellow Lehrer-phile show up at the bar one day and throw requests at me and the pianist, all of which we did...

FYI:  There are two listings for Al Michaels, but both are the same person.  Again, the search engine totally does not recognize the original post UNLESS you add macchus' name  to the advanced search engine.  We shouldn't have to use anything more than the name of the person we hope hasn't been used (i.e., the A.M.).

Al Molinaro was also named earlier today, as BK noted, but is not on the list and should be added.  If I find any more, I'll let you know.

TOMOVOZ mentioned Andrew McLaren earlier. I used to listen to a McLaren DJ in San Diego. I think it was Kingsley McLaren. Know anything about him, Tom? (Or anyone else?)

Post #55 by macchus - please add to the list, o keeper of the list, otherwise it gets very confusing.

It's there, with a "bit-o-error" as Marinaro.

While correcting it, ensure the "Ann" under "Ann Marie" is corrected to "Anne", as you corrected George about it earlier this morning.

I'm still undecided. I like the photo DR Jose caught very much, but there's too much wrinkled shirt.

DR Jose, have you given any thought to tonight?

I got an email earlier about doing some holiday charts for Laurel Masse, and I'm looking forward to talking to her.

A. bk didn't identify his entry (did you make, and then delete, the one on page 9?)

B. Use Advance Search and change the "max age since last post" to 1 day and you need only the name. (Failure to do this drives the search engine into overdrive as it tries searching all the HHW files.)
