While those may be macchus's intentions they are not mine and I encourage all to continue to play the game and have fun.  I'll be discussing this with him privately, and we will be limiting ourselves to fifteen each (I PROMISE to be strict about this myself) until morning.  While I definitely have a competetive edge while playing the game privately, on the site it's not about winning and losing, it's about fun, so that's what it will be and should be.  I haz spoken.

That would be nice.

I think THIS might be closer to the most you will ever get.

I've copied this from George's post of a day ago (or so).

It was my pleasure...no, really.  It was. :D

I just read these two articles in Playbill.com:

Sondheim & Weidman's Bounce Is Now Called Road Show; Cast Announced

and

Exclusive! Sondheim Explains Evolution from Bounce to Road Show

;D
Der B and I saw Bounce in DC.  There was good reason for it not continuing on to Broadway in that form.  And I wanted it to work.  I really wanted it to work.

What I want is a multi-disc CD with all of the music written for the show, as it goes through it's ever-continuing permutations towards whatever it will be.

I see everyone is behaving.  I knew it could be done.  The bike ride was excellent, 10 miles on a not-so-flat course.  I bagged the 11th and 12th miles as my bike couldn't handle it. (it's only a 7 speed!) but it was a good workout nonetheless.  Off to Subway (for dinner and Scrabble!!!) and then into the Woods.

...Btw, i never said DR SWW intentionally spoiled the winner. ...
You sure could have fooled me.  You never once suggested that it was accidental.  Your initial post, on the other hand, with the exaggerated font size, was deliberately intended to hurt.  I found it insulting, and when insulted like that, I come back swinging with a corked bat.

A while back, there was a four-disc set of the Disney musicals that Ashman and Menkin wrote (Aladdin took up two discs), called The Music Behind the Magic.  What was fascinating was to hear the demo recordings and work tapes, as the musicals took form.  Wonderful stuff.

Here is a scary one. My relatives (especially the males) tend toward, shall we say, "husky" sizes. Here is a picture of my cousins, my brothers and my nephew as they celebrate "the belly"

The size 4 font size was not mean to hurt anyone. I almost always put the key words in size 4 font in every single one of my posts.  But i do get why some people could have thought i was yelling.  But it was not my intent.

It's so odd how things can be mis-interpreted. Because i did not even mention your name in the post. I was not trying to be mean or rude. Just to give a reminder for the future.

And while i do not think it was intentional (my original post never said anything about that at all), we did have a discussion about this particular show just a few weeks ago (when you were commenting that we did not watch any of the same shows and i said i love this particular show but could not comment on it here because it is on delay in canada).

OY!

Did this really all have to come up again?!?!?!?

So... Maybe the whole solution to the whole SPOILER ALERT situation is to just not discuss those shows, programs, movies, etc., on this site.  Just take those discussions to sites exclusively devoted to talking about those shows.

Would that work for everybody?

*And, yes, I find this whole discussion stupid and frustrating.  We all know that we live in different time zones and different countries.  Just deal with it.  Reading and posting on this forum should be fun.  Not work.

And might I add, if you don't want to know something stop reading when you get any hint that it's about that subject.  That's really the easiest solution.

You could have just said he was a contestant on the show.

I've mentioned more than once that the show was not finished airing in canada (since we only get Food canada not the US food network).

So i found it very inconsiderate, as i find this reply. Other readers who commented on the winner last week left spoiler space.

It's just about being considerate. Why would you want to just blurt out someone's name when you know that it will spoil it for someone else? It's beyond me i guess.

Jennifer, I'm sorry but it's not being considerate to ask an entire board of people to not discuss something because you haven't seen it and you don't know the answer.

As for the Initials Game and MR BK and DR DRUXY....I say post as many names as you like.  It makes me have to think harder....and if I'm not around to post the names I know, that's my fault.

And I say post away.  If I get here for the first time on page 15, I'll just skip all of them anyway  ;D
