Thank you for the double job vibes DRs George. & Singdaw.

George, are you ok today after your slide down the stairs?

Fortunately, it was the TV that slid down the stairs so I'm quite fine, thanks. :)

DR Ben - thank you so much for the link that allowed us to see Anthony in one of my favorite numbers.  When I was with DH Richard in Wisconsin last January, I watched The Morning Blend every day and enjoyed it very much.  They do great coverage of the arts in SE WI.

We interrupt this Word Game to bring you a clip of a certain performer hiding out in Wisconsin. Some of the cast were on morning television today. They got up at 6:30am to be in Milwaukee for The Morning Blend. They did a portion of Brotherhood of Man and we have evidence. The link below should take you to the site. There is an interview with the director who explains the show and then we get the number. You may get asked a security question (or maybe not, it depends on your computer) about installing an Active X control which will allow you to view the clip. Answer yes and the clip(s) will load. There is a 12 second intro by the hosts and then the 6 minute interview and performance. Those of you who know Anthony will certainly recognize him. He's the Brooklyn boy on the right (when you're looking at the computer) and he has a big white flower in his lapel. I don't know how long this clip will be up but it's there now for your viewing enjoyment.

P.S. some of you may get a repeat announcement. When I get home I'll send out another e-mail to other people on my lists who want to see the clip. I don't have their e-mail addresses here.

How to Succeed

Unfortunately, I won't be able to view this until I get home, but I will as soon as I do! :D

Adieu, RENT!

Is anyone planning on seeing this last performance when it's broadcast in the movie theaters?

DR George - I am most definitely NOT a "Renthead," but out of curiosity I did purchase a movie ticket for the showing on Sat Sep. 27th.  I've seen some of the HD broadcasts from the Metropolitan Opera; should be interesting to compare!  :)

It's playing here in Olympia, also.  I've only seen one of the Met HD broadcasts, but it was pretty incredible. :)
