We interrupt this Word Game to bring you a clip of a certain performer hiding out in Wisconsin.
How to Succeed

 :D

DP Ant looks very dapper & sounds wonderful.  I suspect you are bursting with pleasure.  Thank you for the interruption.

Fortunately, it was the TV that slid down the stairs so I'm quite fine, thanks. :)

I thought you both slid down the stairs.  I'm glad you are ok.

I've been on the phone non-stop for over an hour.  Plus writing many, many e-mails.  At some point soon, I have to go do a few errands.

Why did that post just take thirty seconds to post?

There's one of those know-it-all online DVD reviewers named

Matt Hough

or something like that  ;)

Thanks!  ;D

Of course bk is free to do anything with his Initials Game he wants since it is trademarked ( :o ).

But I don't think switching initials in the middle of the day is a great idea. You're using up initials that would make interesting rounds for the future (there are not an infinite number of combinations). It stymies thinking on the original initials. For example, no one had mentioned actress Heather Matarazzo yet, and I'm sure there are others. But folks get sidetracked when new initials are suggested.

Just my two cents and probably worth less than that.

I spent a great portion of the afternoon watching the remaining two CSI: MIAMI episodes. This includes the ludicrous season cliffhanger shooting of Caine and the suggestion that Ryan Wolfe is somehow behind it or complicit in it.

There were four featurettes connected to this season's box set. Four of the show's recurring directors were interviewed to show how each rose to get to direct several episodes per season. That was actually kind of interesting showing them at work with their differing styles of directing.

There was a six minute quickie on how the makeup department works to make people look dead.

A lengthy and not especially interesting feature was one spotlighting some real female officers on the Miami-Dade Police force. It was almost like a recruiting video for women to join up.

The most surprising feature analyzed the journeys of the various main characters during season six. What shocked me, however, was that there was simply NO mention of Khandi Alexander's character and her departure from the show. Amazing that someone who had been on the show six years didn't even merit a single word of praise or a fond farewell. Was her leaving acrimonious?

I'm not a fan of switching initials in the middle of the day, either.

I agree with Matt H totally about reversing initials in mid-stream.  And I hold the patent.  And I wouldn't advise it in the future.  I think it cheapens the game.
But this set of initials are now being wasted, so I'll pitch in.
