I sure wish they'd do a new transfer of The Miracle Worker instead of the poor non-anamorphic thing they did years ago.  If they could do it for Twelve Angry Men they can certainly do it for The Miracle Worker.  It would have been nice if they'd done a SE prior to Miss Bancroft's passing, but Miss Duke is still with us and I'm sure she'd have great stories, of both film and B'way play.

Who else from the film is still alive?  Inga Swenson?  Andrew Prine?

Well, Mr. Prine definitely is, since I saw him two months ago at the Ray Courts show.

Okay, what IS this.  People here and no posts since my last post of over thirty minutes ago.  This will NOT do, and I will personally bitch-slap each and every person from here to eternity and hell and back.

There were five people here and three of them left without posting.  I shall have to ponder this, oh, yes, I shall have to ponder this.

Back from errands - once again, no mail - very upsetting as I'm waiting on invoices to be paid.

It must be a popular game with professional models.

Yes, it is. -Once you get used to the touch keyboard.  And the "smart spelling" really comes in handy too.

However, I can't seem to upload photos. I think.

I see people but I don't see posts.  Maybe I should just lock it up :)  Maybe I just should.  That would teach the errant and truant and non-posters a thing or three, wouldn't it?  If they came here at their leisure and the posts were locked?  Wouldn't that just teach the whippersnappers and also the snapperwhippers.  We have the technology, you know.

Is smart spelling where it predicts the word you're typing?

I'm not naming any names, but Ben, for example, left without posting.  Skammen.

Perhaps he had nothing to say. I may check the board out during the day, but if I feel there's nothing I want to mention, I go back to other projects.

I think BK should thank FJL for the "repeat three times" suggestion.  It hasn't helped my eye quite yet, but think how bad the post total would have been yesterday without it!

I'm sorry about that, and shouting out loud doesn't seem to be getting Craig on the West Coast.  As long as the shouting helps the actual job getting, good job getting, part of the wish I'll be happy.

CONTINUED EYE VIBES!!!!

Hi all. I went out and got some food near the hotel and some Claritin.  I still don't feel too hot.  I called my mom and she said, "Well, why don't you try to get an earlier flight home, then"  Since I wasn't scheduled to leave until 7:30 tomorrow night I decided that was a good plan.  I called Midwest and the change fee wasn't bad at all, so I decided to change to the 11:00 AM flight tomorrow.  I will have to get up early to get the rental car returned and get to the airport, but it's better than getting to my house close to midnight (after the drive from Omaha).

If you don't sign in for individual activities will you loose your tax deductions for the trip?

This must be very disappointing for your.....FEEL BETTER SOON!  I hope you don't have that horrid summer cold MBarnum & I both had.  Obviously it is traveling through the country.

It's funny, but while I don't feel well, I don't feel bad about the trip.

Guess you aren't terribly disappointed  :)
