I've also got here to work on a medley of numbers from THE STUDENT PRINCE so I need to begin a rough draft of the piece this morning, and yesterday MTI delivered all the scores and band parts for THE MOST HAPPY FELLA.
Matt H had mentioned several weeks ago the Criterion edition of Pasolini's SALO, and now gay opera director David McVicar has staged the Richard Strauss opera SALOME, taken from Oscar Wilde's play, set in WW 2. The DVD publicity says it's inspired by Pasolini's film.
