I got a new HP for Christmas, and I'm totally happy with it.
I maintain an active account with Norton to protect my computer and have not had a bad day yet.
I could definitely learn more about its capabilities, but I have my hands full doing what I know how to do right now.
I will need to get a new computer fairly soon. I'm going to stick with a PC, though.

I use Windows 2000 at home. Using Vista at work is fine, but there are several programs that I have at home that I don't know if I can get for Vista. My work computer does not have Microsoft Photo Editor and I use that constantly at home...and I know how to use it. I don't want some program that will take forever to learn, just because Vista doesn't support Photo Editor. Assuming that the photo editor program that we have at work is the next generation of MS Photo Editor, it can't do a couple of very simple things, and that's frustrating. I can do them in MS Paint, but it's more cumbersome and it's another program that I would have to use, in addition to the photo editor that is in Vista.
