I went back down to the room. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it was and I think we'll figure out a good fix without too much trouble. I feel much better. I think I had a few too many of the fumes from spray painting the frame for the bathroom mirror

What really made me laugh was when I went to Home Depot to get an estimate on putting in the floor. I asked about their installation price and first one of the helpful guys said "why would you pay the labor on that? it's just like throwing money away. You can do it" Then a woman who works there said "That's the easiest thing, my daughter and I laid our kitchen floor...why wouldn't you do it yourself"

Guess I'm supposed to be working on this room.

DR JRand, you are right there are many steps left. I am still enjoying it and will be most proud when it is done

hmmm, I was going to color my hair today and just forgot to do it. I already have the color. Don't think I'll do it now.

Jose took a photograph of the pumpkin pie and of my newly-thin hand, which is forty pounds lighter than the last photograph of my hand. I must say I thought my hand looked great. On the other hand, to coin a phrase, I don't like any of the mirrors in this hotel - they're all a little distorted.

Oh man! I hate that...distorted mirrors in hotels that is...I can't think of the times I've looked in a hotel mirror and said "AHHHH!" Well I blame the mirror.

Congrats on losing 40 pounds in your hand. That's quite a feat....or is that feet....
