From the little I've read, the quality is not quite up to DVD level of quality (a little better than VHS but not up to DVD). So, if picture quality is important to you, this may not be the way to go.

My problem is that I don't think that will work with our cable DVR. hmmm I'm going to check into this.

Well, If you get an HD Tivo, and have your cable service install the cable cards into it, you can use it as your cable box. I'm planning on doing this in the coming months.

Early day today with astonishing business, even earlier day tomorrow (but, fortunately only four hours), so it's nigh onto bedtime for me. (I've gotta tell you, Miss Dixie Bell does not appreciate these earlier wake up mornings at all).

Dan(theMan)-LOL, boy times have changed. We gave up on “guest” rooms years ago.

Bryan is on route to Portland, next flight out is cutting it very close. We shall see what happens. If need be we found we can delay this for a day but by then the snow may be back. You would think a wedding with only 5 people would be stress free!

After we picked them up from the hotel we went to the courthouse to get the license. The woman who will officiate was in & they met her-such a nice, nice woman. She is not charging for & is doing it as a favor from one mother to another.

Well, I have to think about the TIVO. It would be a lot cheaper to just get the Netflix box for now and if I later decide to go with TIVO, I can always use the Netflix box on a different TV...but not sure.
