I love it!!  Hugs and  :-* :-* to you guys for coming up with this!

Okay, here's my question:  In my profile, I tried to change the time to make it EST by typing +3 in the box, and that didn't work.  So how do I do it?  Right now it's displaying Pacific Time.   Thanks!

Can you help me solve the problems I've had trying to upload my picture?  I have a jpeg file, and when I originally tried to load it, I was told it was too big, and that the max size was 110x150, 20kb.  Well, I have resized the photo to 144x108, but I am getting the same error message.

Offering a little help to help mark -

144x108 is still larger than 110x150.  Both numbers have to be smaller.  Remember, the first number is height, and the second is width.

OK, now that I have cropped my picture even more, I have been able to post it but it comes up as rather distorted.  How can I avoid that?

The ratio appears to be 175 x 200.  So if you crop your image to around 85 to 87x100 it should appear to be pretty close to undistorted.  Mind you, I haven't tried.

Hey, I've now received e-mails from two more people who have had difficulty registering.  Their passwords simply don't arrive.  Can we check and see why this is happening?  Thanks.

Jennifer had about an hour delay in receiving her password but it did indeed arrive. Most of the time it should take just minutes, however...

You can probably blame hotmail for some of these problems.  Looking through the logs I see that hotmail accepted the mail at 9:21 this morning.

I agree that it doesn't seem to be working properly. We're looking into the issue. Thanks for the heads up!

How do I get my pin to stay on the map? I've tried repeatedly but it doesn't seem to take. I've done it from both the Map area and in the profile change area and I can't get it to stay. When I click on Save Pin, the button grays out and then the page refreshes but there is no pin for me.

Hm. The mapping feature is brand new to me, as well. I know that we seem to have problems with users trying to set their pin with browsers other than Internet Explorer and Netscape. I assume this isn't the case for you?

Update: It appears to be working now. As a test, I set my time offset just now to be +3 and instead of 7:49 I'm told it's 10:49. Please confirm that it's now working for you or I'll continue to look into the situation...
