Next, I finished THE 39 STEPS which I had begun last night. Always a satisfying conclusion to the mystery.

And since I had started with British Hitchcock last night, I went ahead and put in THE LADY VANISHES, the most recent updating via Criterion, and didn't quite get finished with it. I'll finish it up when I go back downstairs.

I'm thinking at some point tonight I'll be watching ROSE OF WASHINGTON SQUARE from the most recent Alice Faye box. Of course, I'll also fit JUMPER off HBO-HD in there somewhere.

I watched another NCIS episode while I ate lunch. It was an interesting story of a corpse burned almost beyond recognition in an ambulance fire and the later investigation proving the body wasn't who had originally been identified. A very twisty plot and nicely done.

There's just nothing like watching Cripsy Critters while dining.

Song for a show in drag?

"I Enjoy Being A Girl", of course!

I know how one determines their porn star name, but how does one come up with their drag name?  I don't think I ever had one.

Miss Karen, you can quote twice on the same page, but only after beginning fresh on that page.  You can't go back to it.  It is somewhat confusing.

I think when i want to go back to a page i must always (by accident or by luck) click on the page in the page listings (and not go page back). Cause i've never had the posting issue you mention (but i know what you're talking about).

In any case...

If you happen to see a report on the news tonight about a man violently sobbing in the second floor galleries of MoMA, well...

Laters...

At last, I've had my lazy day!  I have not stepped outdoors at all.  I've finsihed up my Mystery Science Theatre 3000 set, I've read a few magazines, I've had lunch, I've talked on the phone and I've even taken a nap.  I love lazy days like that!

No plans for tonight, either.  So I might also be having a lazy evening.

I just came back from WINNERS. My mom asked if i would drive her to the outlet store because they had 70% off all xmas and chanukah stuff that was left.  I'm not sure how to describe WINNERS (i'm guessing it is not a US chain?).  It is some designer names but at discount prices. And all the clothes are organized by size, not by same style. They have clothes, purses (yeah!) toys, shoes, accessories ... and the list goes on.

Well they had a lot of holiday stuff.  We got wrapping paper for $1 (instead of $5). My mom ended up getting quite a bit of chanukah stuff that she liked. I got a really nice mug for $1.

DR Cilla-THANK YOU for the short cut to quoting more than once per page. :)

Happy to help!  I use the clicking on the name just to take me back to where I was reading before I posted

Does anybody know a good recipe for chicken salad sandwiches?

On Christmas eve my aunt bought these amazing ones. The consistency was basically like tuna. I'd rather not used canned chicken. But i was wondering if i used boneless chicken breast and then put it in the food processor?  I don't want chicken cubes (if that makes sense).
