The above pic was taken while I was walking around the campus of VCU. The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart is basically a part of the campus, and as I was walking by it, "those" caught my eye(!). I took a series of photos when I first saw "them", and another series a couple of minutes later. I'm still not really sure what exactly caused such "figures", but I was very "relieved" when I went to show Steve my pictures and the "figures" were still there.

There is little news here:

I was involved with NSA communications intercepts in the late 60s and todays efforts are a natural extention of those activities.

One should always assume all electronic communications (phone, FAX, EMail, etc) are public.
