Nope. However, there were a few people who could have very well been singing "Ciribiribin" and didn't know it... Since they didn't really know the real notes for the song they were singing in the first place.

DR vixmom - The music has not been published - and probably will never be. However, there are "sources" for the sheet music should someone want to a procure a copy.

*I did catch up with the actor who sang "Sail Me Away" - not "Sail Away" as I posted earlier. He's currently based out of Raleigh, NC, but he has lived in New York City. And he happened to attend the first preview of Lestat.

-As for what to eat: you could always start off making your own fruit and yogurt smoothies. Or fruit and ice cream smoothies. Of just milk shakes.

DR Michael S - "Back To Bacharach and David" originated years(!) ago - 1992 to be exact. It ran at Steve McGraw's in NYC. It's licensed by Samuel French. In fact, I MD'd the Richmond premiere of it back in 2000. -And there really are some cool arrangements in that show - as well as one or two truly obscure Bacharach tunes.

A two-scoop sundae in the hotel's restaurant costs $8.50!

And a Good Humor Ice Cream Bar - a Strawberry Shortcake - which only costs me $0.75 at my corner bodega in NYC, is priced at $3.49(!?!?!?!?) here in the hotel gift shop.

*The food prices in this hotel seem a lot higher than usual. I was going to order oatmeal this morning (speaking of oatmeal), but a bowl in the restaurant costs $8.50. And if I had ordered it from room service: $14.50!?!?!?!? -Yes, it does come with brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon, if you desire, but, still, all that ain't worth $14.50.

*Although, when I feel like "indulging", I like to put a pat of butter on my oatmeal... along with a generous dash of cinnamon... a sprinkling of brown sugar... some toasted almonds... dried cranberries and/or cherries... -Oh, and I make it with whole milk instead of water.

**I've also grown fond of stirring in a spoonful of fruit preserves too.

DR vixmom - Are you supposed to follow any particular dietary guidelines and/or restrictions right now? Have they advised taking any sort of supplements? If you did go the smoothie and milkshake route, you could always add a scoop or two of protein powder (soy or whey or egg white) to them in order to give them a "boost".

He's a food writer based out NYC - .He reviews books, favorite recipes and restaurants on his website. His comic book style restaurant reviews are very creative. His most recent post chronicles a recent Thai food experience he had - the Thai food won. He also recently reviewed the new restaurant, "The John Dory" - and managed to incorporate one of the Disney princesses into the review.

*I also like his new website banner for this month which pays tribute to the Girl Scouts.

I finished up my evening by watching last night's 30 ROCK. Not a particularly funny episode, but Patti Lupone had a funny scene as an Italian mamma mia, and John Lithgow popped in for a visit, too.

BTW, I've never seen HARRY AND THE HENDERSONS (which was part of the plot of 30 ROCK tonight.)
