So golf coverage is now not suitable for the office either.  :)

That looked a lot more like golf un-coverage.

BK was complaining about how cold it was, too cold to jog.

The low in Studio City is the high here in Rehoboth Beach.

When I got back I watched DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. Good episode tonight. I found each of the stories interesting (well, maybe not Orson's stealing so much, but now at least we know why).

And then I watched the first half of BROTHERS & SISTERS. I'll finish it tomorrow. Best friend John and I are postponing our lunch until Tuesday (he's in meetings all day tomorrow), so I can see it and maybe 30 ROCK while I eat lunch tomorrow.

My work project tomorrow will be the CEntennial Collection edition of THE ODD COUPLE. Haven't watched the movie in quite some time, so that should be fun.

I should wussburger.  We've got the store's tenth anniversary on Friday - yep, got the press release sent to the local paper.  And we've got an ad to get placed in the program for Joan Rivers' concert.  That's means a trip into town.  That means getting der B up early enough to get errands run.

How I became the point man for doing store publicity, I'm still unclear.  Except that I'm the only one who seems to have any idea about how to do these things.

Hasta.

If everyone is nice, maybe der B will post a pic he took today.

Or he could wait until Tuesday.

But he took the pic today.

I'm thinking a nice hot shower is in order, and then I'll begin the notes, which I'm looking forward to writing.

I have returned from WATCHMEN, which I found to be a very good movie.  I went with my neighbors and their niece, neither of the women liked the movie at all, both of the males liked it immensely.  I'm ready for repeat viewings.  I was also the only one of the four who was familiar with the source graphic novel.

I am going to add another DVD with a bad color transfer. I looked at a friend's copy of The FAr Pavilions on VHS and the colors were much more brilliant and the sky even had a hint of blue. THe DVD DF and I were watching is very washed out. They looked brown.

ONe example is on the uniform that the Corp Guides are wearing, you can actually tell it is red on the VHS copy. THe DVD looks like it is red but very washed out. THere is a definite lack of blue.  The audio is also up and down on the DVD

New notes are written - what a little journey down memory lane they were and I remembered some things I haven't though about in close to forty years.

Dear Jane:   I did not know that you and BK and PennyO all went to Hamilton.  It must have been great to all be together.

Jane and I did more than attend Hamilton.  We were SWEETHEARTS.  Innocent SWEETHEARTS, but SWEETHEARTS nonetheless.   And PennyO's uncle Morrie was in business with my father.

Dear MichaelS:  I like your history updates.  All the dates marked on printed calendars seem to be centered around consumers buying things.  Never on why the day is noteworthy.

I really  must start using Ye Olde Jacuzzi regularly.  It just sits there like so much fish, and I do enjoy it so.
