And now, I'm off to the call-backs!  I'll have a report (if not a decision) when I get back.

Until later!

I did not have the patience to watch all of the auditions ;D  How did those get on YouTube?

They're being taken down by the National Organization for Marriage, but individuals are downloading them and re-uploading them. :)

I mean who got hold of the auditions tapes or are they fake?

Vixter, if it is your mom's gallbladder, I can understand what she might be going through.  I had attacks myself about ten years ago and they were incredibly distressing.  The strange thing was when the attack ended it was as though nothing had happened.  Eventually I elected to have it removed and I've been fine (gallbladder-wise) ever since.

I don't want to downplay what your mom is going through, but the attacks usually feel --and look-- a lot worse than what they really are.  It could have been brought on by your mom's diet of the past few weeks.

At this point the worse thing would be if they have to remove her gallbladder invasively instead of through a few small incisions and that would only be if the bladder was severely inflamed.  If this was your mom's first attack I don't think that's the case.

But I'm sending her vibes and prayers anyway.

It turns out they do have to remove it. She's having the surgery tommorrow...

I would just like to say I love you all. You're so supportive of me and Mom, and I really don't know what I'd do without you guys. I told Mom about how you were all sending her vibes, and she wants to thank you all. I also found out half an hour ago she's going to need to have surgery to have her gallbladder removed. The docters were supposed to do the surgery today, but they messed around, and she has to get it done tommorrow. She'll be there tonight, and for a while after that. I'll get to visit her tommorrow. I haven't gotten to see her since I left the house this morning. I miss her.

I hope you all have a good night. And thank you again for all your vibes and prayers.

DR Vixter thank you for letting us know.  Will you be going to school after you visit your mother?

You know she will be in our prayers tomorrow and we will anxiously await news.  I've known many people who have had the surgery and have never heard of complications.

A lot of these have been changed slightly and are being called parodies etc. So I guess it gets around the orginzations claim of copywright.

This one even identifies one of the actors and gives out his email (business and personal)  and phone number. He is a high school drama and Shakespeare teacher in Arizona. His name is Steve Abaroa

DR, Arnold Brockman

I have decided not to renew my Cabaret concert series. The only person of interest for me next year is Christina Andreas.

I was wondering what you planned to do.

I was disappointed this year's choices and with next year choices. The only really good show this year was Hal Linden and second was Christine Ebersole but I wasn't bowled over by her show.

I believe my wife and I are renewing for next year. We are involved with two other couples and they are renewing also. I'm sorry you're not doing the same.

I'm sorry too. I have been going for 10 years.

The lineup can change so may it will for the better. I'll see next year.

It bothers me the teacher's personal info is out there, only in that I hope he isn't harmed because of it.

What a full evening of filmed entertainment I've had.

I began with three more episodes of MISSION IMPOSSIBLE and then half of another one. The stories are pretty solid this year. And Lynda Day George is ever so much better on the show than Lesley Ann Warren was.

And how great to see Christopher George (HUNKY!) guest starring in an episode playing a psychotic ex-con who puts the make on Casey (real-life wife Lynda Day George) and she had to pretend to hate it.

Yeah, right!

Back from a couple more errands.  It's so odd, but I just haven't been in the mood for movie watching in about a week.  I have to force myself.  Well, I'll just listen to music and try to kill this HUGE moth that somehow got into the home environment.

Other guest stars: a very tiny Tyne Daly, Ron Masak, Rafer Johnson, Herb Edelman, Richard Jaeckel, Anthony Zerbe, and William Gregory on the one I just got halfway through.

I did finish watching today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. Oh, brother, was THAT dilemma telegraphed or what? The only question always was who was going to be either kidnapped or hurt - Luke or Noah?

Next I watched tonight's BONES. A very good episode and one in which I didn't guess the murderer (though I should have; it wasn't that challenging a case).

And another new BONES tomorrow night in its regular time slot!

And I ended my evening watching the IDOL results show. Thoroughly enjoyed Jennifer Hudson's song (she seemed to be having problems with her ear bud). And I had no regrets with who was sent home though I thought the next-to-last finisher did worse last night.

Aw, Vixter, I'm sorry that your mom has to go through a surgery like this.  But it's probably better to get the thing out now than the possibility of future attacks.  Hopefully, you mom will just have the 'scopy(?) type of surgery which will involve just a few small incisions.

Tonight I watched A TASTE OF HONEY, which I had never seen before.  A wonderful movie with terrific performances (though it was hard not to think of Pee Wee Herman whenever Robert Stephens was on the screen.)  It's a shame Rita Tushingham never had a bigger career.  It's also a shame this movie is in the condition it's in--are the British making any effort to preserve their own films?
