My noisy neighbor decided to rent an electric sander and refinish something in his apartment, it was so loud everyone came outside at some point.  The entire wall between us vibrated, and of course first chance I saw him outside I told him I had enough.   Then my blood pressure went up, and from that the adrenalin kicks in and I'm awake for hours.
