Next I watched another MURDER SHE WROTE episode. Pamela Bellwood was the most recognizable of the guest stars for me. Had to do with a piano prodigy who was being smothered by her mentor. I'm not sure who the actress was who played the pianist, but she was supposed to be 18, and the actress looked 30.

Having a long weekend and spent my first day of it watching some DVDs of PERRY MASON and MICHAEL SHAYNE episodes, and spent an hour trying to locate my copy of the movie SHE GODS OF SHARK REEF. Never did find it, so ordered it off of Amazon.com for 43 cents and postage.

Next I watched last night's episode of THE MENTALIST. This was the one about a local woman who was a witch. I enjoyed Patrick's observational methods very much in this episode.

My buddy Mark sent me a better picture of his new pooch Klaus. Also in the photo are Mark and one of his current dogs, Herbie (although Herbie will soon be going to live with Mark's now ex boyfriend).

While I waited for the right time to start watching MONK so I wouldn't have to sit through commercials, I watched Cate Blanchette in THE QUEEN on one of the HBO channels. She's good, but she's no Glenda Jackson.

All three take a nice picture!

Then I watched MONK. The mystery was super easy; I knew what was going on early, even before the murder happened.

OK episode, nothing more. (THE BRADY BUNCH clone was funnier than the MONK scenes.)

Did so much stuff and am quite tired now.  I went to Stanley's for an early dinner, and that was quite yummilicious.  I just finished the final episode of Lost, Season Three and I'll be hornswoggled if they didn't just pull an Alias SPOILER

By doing a flash forward instead of a flashback.  Alias's most famous season ending cliffhanger did exactly that.

I'll start season four now, to see how they're going to deal with it, and I do hope Michael is soon rid of the very phony Tevye beard.

I wonder when bk is going to see "Julie & Julia" - especially since this seems to be one movie where a couple of DRs decided to go see it opening weekend.

-Of course, I think that will just mean that bk won't like it.  ;)

Will I come home a red head or a brunette tomorrow (only my hairdresser knows).  As long as it covers the grey.

Is this a spider bite on my face (I never have pimples).

Why is a glass of ice cold water so satisfying.

Goodnight.  I think I better go.  I feel really silly.  Maybe too much water.
