I finished the last riveting episode of DEXTER and then went to BD-Live to look at the bonus selections.

I guess BD-Live hasn't gone active yet for this title (it IS nine days before street date) because I couldn't get it to connect using either one of my Blu-ray players.

Then I finished the last half of VERTIGO. Such a memorable and poignant movie.

The other day on TCM when they showed an entire day of Judy Garland movies, I told myself I wanted to see FOR ME AND MY GAL all the way through again, so I put that in after I finished VERTIGO. I didn't finish it; it's a longer movie than most musicals at the time. I'll be able to finish it tomorrow night.

Then I watched tonight's exciting TRUE BLOOD episode. The Tara scenes were repulsive, but everything else was gripping. Just love the show!

Right now I'm planning to take tomorrow off. The next review project is a 3 1/2 hour Criterion selection, and since I'm going to HARRY POTTER tomorrow, it doesn't appear there will be time to work on it until tomorrow night. Depending on what gets sent to me next week, it looks to be totally a Criterion week for me.

Dear Jane, titanium is very popular right now, and is a dark color (we buy it at work).

I have a question for bk.

Did I imagine that some things overlap and are the same in,  The Brain from Planet X, The First Nudie Musical, and The Creature Wasn't Nice.

Not sure what you're asking.  If you're asking if there's any music and/or lyrics or dialogue that is peculiar to all three projects, no.

I finished season four of Lost - I'm curious if anyone was actually surprised by who was in the casket - I guessed immediately - well, if one thinks about it, it can only be one person.

Now, here's the big question - since I don't really want to wait until December (season five on Blu-Ray comes out on my birthday), is there somewhere online that one can watch the season five episodes?  That way I can be all caught up for the start of season six.

Dearest DR PennyO! I've missed you enormously. Welcome back, darlin!

I'm back from a very good meeting with Brent Barrett and Chris Denny and I am very excited about this recording. Yep, I am!

I LOVE Brent Barrett!!  Well, I love PennyO, too...but not in the same way. ;)

I was doing my monthy bookkeeping on Friday and I realized that there had been a very substantial withdrawl from my accounts.

Therefore, I guess it is now official.  I am leaving November 12 for a two week cruise of Italy and Spain.  I will be returning home on Thanksgiving.

Sounds like it'll be a great trip, TCB!  Congrats and Enjoy! :D
