A great title for someone's next mystery thriller:  The Spinning Wheel of Death

I thought your snappy comeback would be more about no one ever forcing you "out."  ;)  ;D

I'm unpredictable.

I knew you were going to say that.   ;D

DR Jose, does $750 for a basically new Motif 7 sound like a good deal to you?  (It does to me--so of course I'm suspicious, LOL).  Have you used that particular model.  Does it take a flash drive for stored MIDI files, etc.?

Thanks DR DAW.  Yes tonight is our opening night.  We shall see what we shall see.

It is most distressing that a huge WII apparatus has been set up in our green room so that those people who have smaller parts and do not know their lines or blocking have another excuse to miss their entrances.....shocking!  I can't sit in their now during the show.  It's too distracting.  I like to be in a quiet place before I go on, so I guess I will sit in the shop....

ANYWAY....yes we open tonight for better or worse.

I had to scratch my head the first time I read DR Jrand's post.  I thought he said "...a huge WWI apparatus .." and I thought, "A tank?  Well, I guess that would be a distraction."

Like bk, I love, love, love breakfast at night (that's three loves!).  In fact, I love breakfast-type foods at any time of day or night.

Recently, I have been having a craving for IHOP.  I may have to go tonight for dinner. :D

Steve died peacefully in his sleep about 4:30 this morning.  I've got depositions this afternoon on an upcoming trial, so I will keep the same plan and go up tomorrow.

Cillaliz, my condolences to you and Steve's family.

Happy birthday Matt!

I was sure that the most common favorite late night snack was going to be popcorn, but I don't think a single person mentioned popcorn. I mean, isn't that the favorite movie snack, and isn't watching a movie the favorite late-night activity? I also expected at least one person to vote for cold leftover pizza, but I don't think I saw that either. I don't mind cold pizza, but ever since microwave ovens were invented, I prefer it warmed up. Years ago, my favorite late-night restaurant snack was a belgium waffle sundae, but I haven't had one of those in ages.

Last night, because of all the clutter, I lost the last chart for the album I was working on. I looked everywhere for it, and after I finished doing all of the initial work, the missing shopping bag turned up. It had fallen off my bed between the mattress and the footboard.

Boy, can I empathize! Nothing pegs my angstmeter like not being able to lay my hands on something I know I just recently had.

I love breakfast at night, too, but I rarely fix it for myself.

So, at midnight,  you'd fall for a "come up to my place and I'll fix an omelet" pickup line ;)
