The first neighbor who left a note on my door, cooked her own goose early this morning ( I believe that is the right saying). At 4AM her company was in the courtyard of the building yelling and barely able to walk, the manager threw them out, then in the street the woman tried to kick out the window of her boyfriend's car because he would not open the door till she calmed down. And that is the short version of events.

I went to a meeting this evening also, the neighborhood residents association. 40 minutes after it was to start they were still socializing. I had to leave, I did not want to walk out in the middle of the debate that was supposed to take place, and I was not going to stay late in the rain.
