Vibes and thoughts to DR JEANNE.

Good news from DR MICHAEL S.

Kudos to Mr BK on being called out on the street.....did he mean your work in CD's, your work in television, OR your work in the movies?  Or was it a combination platter?

I enjoyed UGLY BETTY this evening.  They certainly don't spare the expenses when producing this show - it is well cast and sharply written.  Kudos to the return.

Having been out of town for some days, I think there is much to catch up on with the DVR.

I usually flinch when yelled at in an outdoor setting.  Too many bad memories of bullying, I suspect.

I watched two more BONES episodes from the Blu-ray set. I've now finished the ones which were also included as bonus items in last year's DVD release set. Everything else in the set I haven't seen since they were first broadcast. Really looking forward to revisiting some of those excellent cases again.

I skimmed through today's two soap operas. Nothing of interest for me in either one of them.

I watched last night's 30 ROCK. Merely an OK season opener. The show has been much funnier before. Steve Buscemi made a surprise appearance.

I started on PROJECT RUNWAY but didn't get very far: I got the assignment of the challenge to the designers, the sketching, and the trip to Mood, but had to stop to begin primetime TV for this evening.

Due to the overabundance of shows, I had to watch both of my prime time shows "live" tonight. I chose the two CBS dramas to watch.

GHOST WHISPERER was a good one, and what a surprise for Bryan Batt to be playing a guest star role. It appears it might even be a recurring character, a romantic interest for Delia.

MEDIUM had a pretty creepy episode too with all of those weird symbols, but I figured out the murderer's identity VERY early, especially once they gave the right/left hand clue.

Well, I'm really tired tonight, and my contacts are feeling dry, so I need to head downstairs, take them out, and then get in bed.

Good night!

After arising at 3 a.m., we had a flight to Denver, followed by a flight to Milwaukee.  We are in the Radisson, which I am currently irate with (what else is new?).  This is a large hotel with an interior courtyard with a pool.  For over SIX HOURS today, from the time we checked in until a few minutes ago when I threatened the front desk that I was about to call the police, the pool has been full (as in 30 or more kids) of raucous teens, making so much noise that we literally could not hear each other speak in conversational tones in our room, and we're on the second floor!  We called several times down to the front desk, with no quieting.  I finally went down to the front desk and in front of a bunch of people checking in informed the staff in loud tones that I was about to phone the police if this problem was not solved.  Everyone in line was very sympathetic, especially after they heard I had kids trying to get to sleep.  The coup de grace was the security guy coming up to my room, saying they were closing the pool early (5 minutes), and that I SHOULDN'T HAVE BOOKED MY ROOM IN THIS PART OF THE HOTEL!!!  Like I knew--they frigging assigned me this room.  I couldn't believe it.

It's abridged, but it is available on bootleg video.

To tell the truth, I have a reel-to-reel tape recording of the show that I got many years ago!

These stupid frigging kids could use an exorcist.  They're the spawn of the devil.  So incredibly rude, and how stupid of the hotel to let them go on for hours.  There are 25 rooms booked with friends and family for this Bar Mitzvah and I would think they would want to keep us happy, rather than a bunch of hoodlum teens.
