At about 6:40pm we went out till around 8pm.

I could not believe how many kids were out. On one street corner there were more than 50 kids. Although most of the older kids did not look like they had costumes. And some had their costumes under their jackets (i don' t like this).

But the kids (my niece and her friend) looked so cute. Like twins. 2 little matching pumpkins. It really was cute!

Well we had 25 lively persons at our seance this evening plus of course the lunatic fringe.  Plus lots of activity and questions and answers....laughter and tears.  Lovely time.

I was taping and my camera just jumped off the counter to the floor, so I figured something didn't want to be recorded.....I shall view the tape tomorrow night to see what it is what.

As I came home at 9:22 p.m. there were still families with children trolling the streets.

I've been resetting the clocks and cannot for the life of me figure out my new clock radio.  It's supposed to reset automatically, but I have to set the alarm for tomorrow morning and have NO IDEA how that will work when the clock resets in the middle of the night.  Just in case, I've set the timer on the stove, which is within earshot of our bedroom.  Let's hope for the best.

The ghost of Frances Farmer is still looking for any friends and/or family at her after party.   :o

Of course TCB's messages were all asking me NOT to post the review, but that's another matter.  :)

Well, we may have started out slow but it's been non-stop now for two hours.  I've gone through about four hundred pieces of candy.  I'm assuming we're winding down now.  Because I didn't want to run from room to room, I ended up writing most of the new liner notes - only a few paragraphs to go and that will be done.

The new release, which I'll announce here tomorrow at midnight probably is our third Jack Davis cover.

I think we're done.  I have a lot of Big Hunks and Looks and Abba Zabbas left, and I'll bring them to this week's rehearsals for the long musicals - not really rehearsals, but just the actors learning their songs so the composer doesn't have to sing them.

Piccadilly
Nights in Rodanthe

and an Aussie-Indian bollywood film: Salaam Namaste... It was pretty good

For those of you looking for a Blu-ray bargain, Amazon is currently running a promo of $10 off if you order Up and Monsters, Inc. together--it just happens automatically when you check out.  For some reason they also gave me an extra $4-odd off as a "promotional discount," but I'm not sure what that's about.  It works out to only about $15 per 4-disc set that way, a heckuva deal.

 What is a "heckuva"?

I know it's not a typo, 'cause, since there's a ban on them, I would NOT dare to point it out!  :D

Is "heckuva" avukceh (flemish!  ;)) backwards?!
