I have taken about three hundred photos so far, but I haven't downloaded any of them yet. I took several photos of the dead Popes, Jose, but it never occured to me to tkae a photo of the beautiful Davide.

Sadly, I won't be seeing Davide again, Dan-t-m. We sailed from Naples about a half hour ago.

I've just been doing some price comparisons and found that while it's true that they are not having their traditional supersale (as DR JMK had pointed out over the weekend), DeepDiscount's current 40% off prices are cheaper than Amazon. The Complete I LOVE LUCY set, which I've been eyeballing for a while is at $119 on DeepDiscount compared to Amazon's $139. And while the THE GOLDEN AGE OF TELEVISION set is considered pre-order on DeepDiscount and not yet on sale, it will be $29.97 there compared to 34.99 on Amazon.

DR MATTH mentioned several more TZ episodes that I enjoyed.

I guess I get weary of Mr Serling's preachy episodes about some old man or some useless person who is mistreated and suddenly is able to do something that makes him special or adored, which he then abuses or misuses.....this had several treatments on TZ.

AFTER HOURS and TWENTY TWO both have strong female performances that are vivid all of these years later.

When Donna Douglas was making an appearance in my hometown, I took her a TWILIGHT ZONE book that included EYE OF THE BEHOLDER in photo form. I had bought a couple of them for 25 cents at Half Price Books. She looked at it and said, "Oh my goodness. The director told me he thought this book was going to happen, but he didn't know anything about it. Oh my.... I have never seen this....."

I offered her that copy and she said "Oh, no, I couldn't take your book." And I told her I had two of them, that one was for her! She said thanks! I also wanted to tell her that her horizons was broad enough - but they were rushing us along.
