Good wishes of dental fixing, house-sitting peace and quiet, and last but not least: warmth to our DR Jeanne!       :)

Thank you, David. I'm in front of the space heater, which does an excellent job in my tiny little room, and the novacaine has worn off.

We took a break from White Christmas to watch Jeopardy! and the new Yes, Virginia special.  It was very sweet and now we're on the train to Vermont with Bing & Danny & Rosie & Vera.

OK, what is it about CHICKEN and WAFFLES? Why that combination? I am at a loss (in HHW lingo, it is a puzzlement).

I don't get it either but then I still use a shoehorn and I watch Arthur.

There's a sort of logic to your statement, Ben--HHW logic.

Finished writing the new liner notes - they're short and sweet, but I think they came out well.  While the film may be obscure (and short and sweet) the composer is major.

ben, keith decided to use his shoehorns on the trip to chicago-BIG MISTAKE.  the shape looked suspicious in the x-ray machine and no one knew what thy were.  of course his luggage was hand checked.  not to deal with the problem on the way home he left the shoehorns in the hotel.  such a shame.  he would have checked the suitcase if it didn't cost so much.

In this online driving course that I'm taking, it walks you through, in detail, the physics of what happens to your car and the objects and people inside it during a high-speed collision, tenth of a second by tenth of a second.

Very sobering and totally scary!!

Hopefully, the chicken isn't still alive when it is brought to the table.         :)

I also thought the idea of chicken and waffles sounded odd.

Happy Chanukah to those who celebrate!

My niece decided last night that she wanted to have a Chanukah
today. She got decorations and a tablecloth and special plates at the
dollar store. She was very happy!

BK, I didn't get you e-mail before I had logged off, but I have now gotten it...however, your e-mail did not have a question....it only stated that you had a question for me! If you have an urgent question for me, by all means, ask away.

DR Jane and Jose, got your messages...sorry I missed your cell phone calls...I had passed out for a 2 hour nap.

And she screamed when she got the Barbie Three Muskateers dvd.

And she would not come out of her room after my mom gave her
a Polly Pockets set with animals.
