I have finished my morning surf, so I need to do some computer maintenance and then head downstairs to begin my day off.

I haven't caught up on yesterdya's posts, so I would imagine it was mentioned  a lot yesterday.  But continuing yesterday's TOD, one of my favorite amnesia movies is "Random Harvest."  I will have to watch that again soon.

RANDOM HARVEST is also a favorite of mine.

I am sad to know that two of my favorite people are going through, or about to go through, mourning...my thoughts are with you both, Elmore and Jrand!

Looks like no new episode of SURVIVOR this week, and I am not at all sad about that. The last several seasons have been a chore to watch....I am thinking that this is one competition show I can begin leaving off my "must see" list.

That's funny, because Betsy and I were just saying how this season's SURVIVOR has been more fun to watch than the last several seasons.

And now...

I need to take a good hour or so to get ready for my trip down to DC this weekend.  Not only will there be a belated birthday celebration for my father - his party got snowed out at the end of January - but I'll also be taking part in a project/concert that may be familiar to the DRs of this site in one way or another:

Life Begins at 8:40

*Although, I think we're now down to a 23-piece orchestra...

Life Begins at 8:40 sounds like fun. Be great to hear the whole score.

Was this the project which created all the tsuris?

Hello, everyone.

I'm having lunch today with a friend, then am taking the rest of the day off. Well, I may do some laundry. But I'm about as tired as BK, after two very busy weeks.

It is good we didn't buy the desk chair yesterday as it was too big.  My desk space is extremely small.

Speaking of my desk it is now clean & organized & Keith has been busy setting up the new computer.  Unfortunately the new speakers have limited compatibility (not mentioned on the box) & do not work with the computer.  The one request I had of a new computer is that I finally have good sound so I can listen to music.  I fear that will not be the case without speakers, not that there is really room on my little desk for them.
