DR Vixmom - my mother was told to alternate ice and heat for her back pain.  Could you tolerate the ice if you knew the heat was coming?

I really have to start throwing things out - or better still donating them
although I have been gaining weight back - I have recovered all my powers  of eating  although taste is still  not it was - so I better be careful at what I toss

I really need to start going back to the gym - I really need the conditioning -

Shrek The Musical
9 to 5: The Musical
Fiddler On The Roof
Billy Elliot The Musical
Mamma Mia!

That sounds like a group of shows i would like to see.

Still waiting to find out what our next Broadway season is.

Ginny I really really hate having ice on me - I find the sensationof the ice more intolerable than the muscle pain - I only ice when there is the likely hood of swelling  - like banging my forehead on something

fortunaltey today i did manage to get my hands down and protect my face from hitting the ground otherwsie I probably would have damaged my glasses too- but I did do a full body prat fall

it was probably very funny to watch  - too bad we don't have survelliance cameras - I could have been the Next Big Thing on YouTube

Look at all the lost souls this evening. Welcome back, everyone!

I am loving Season Three of BONES! It's a realy styrong season. I just watched the one about Bones' father's trial for murder. I had no idea Ryan O'Neal would be found innocent; it was a wonderful episode, and so was the one before it, about the baby Andy and the depressed areas of West virginia. On to the next one, I guess.

Tell me this, DR ELmore. Did you jump in the episode where the man goes into his closet only to be attacked by Gormogon's apprentice? If you've gotten to the trial episode, it was before that. (I think it's the first episode on disc three.) That's the next one I have to watch, and it just scares the bejeezus out of me every time I watch it even though I know that moment is coming.

I assume the translation program many of you are using is the same one that is responsible for all the so-called English instructions when one buys something needing assembly.

Methinks I must rent BONES soon.

BTW, I LOVED THE 1ST LADIES DETECTIVE AGENCY. Any word on a second season?

When I went downstairs, I finished all of the bonus features on 'M.' There were about 90 minutes of bonus features (not counting the 93-minute English language version of the movie which I didn't spend time watching all the way through, just enough to ascertain the picture and sound quality, both very poor).

I really enjoyed a comparison discussion of all of the various ways the film has been presented down through the years in theaters and on home video. Quite fascinating and most informative.

When I finished it, I watched another BONES episode, the one where the time capsule was taken from the ground and the body of a student from 1987 was inside. Good episode. I remembered who the killer was, but I remember when the episode first aired, I guessed the wrong person.

And I ended my evening with tonight's exciting episode of '24.' Kiefer Sutherland and Cherry Jones had a fantastic face-off scene together that was terrific with all of the emotions flying around in the room. One of the best moments in the season.

You're very welcome, DR DakotaCelt!  I enjoyed showing off Cincinnati and introducing you to Montgomery Inn (and re-introducing you to Graeter's  ;)).  Did you find something more fun to do Saturday than sit around the airport?

Yes... I rearranged the shuttle time to a bit later... stashed my stuff and me and two other gals walked to Graeters at the square...

Yes,.... I could not have Graeters Just ONCE... NO, No, NO... I had to have it three times... But darn it was good!

Look at all the baby pictures and dog pictures and pictures of MR BK....whew!

What a site.

Thanks to all who commented on the MR BK pic - hopefully it will turn up in print in the next couple of days....although it shows up on the INDY STAR website......they haven't contacted me for details either by email or phone, so I am not optimistic right now....although now I am thinking of that Shirley Temple song.
