Ninety minutes to food!  I've only had a few bits of chocolate Twizzlers today.  Going to the West Hollywood Hugo's, so it's probably a Casear salad and pasta papa.

Can anyone tell me an easy way to post the ABC News interview on YouTube?  It keeps asking me to add it from my computer - all I have is the link.

It looks like YouTube requires you to upload an actual file and not hotlink to one that's already on-line.  I have a recording program that can capture YouTube (and other websites) flash videos, but it didn't work on the ABC News interview.  Websites can block that kind of recording/capturing.

I would love more information about D deficiency causing fatigue.  I have been arguing with both my doctor and my naturopath about my constant fatigue.  My family has a history of low thyroid, which is what I assume this is, though my blood tests come back relatively normal.  I wonder if I need D?  What doses should I be taking?

Did your doctor check your Free T3 & Free T4 along with your TSH for you thyroid?  Some doctors still only do a TSH.

I suggest you read about D.  The recommended amounts vary along with warnings of not taking too much.  Have you had your D levels tested?  Even though my levels were normal I began taking over 3,000 IU a day hoping it would help my bones.   While my numbers went up I'm still very much in the normal range.

While driving home today I saw a big flashing sign at the beginning of the road work warning me about the possible construction delays beginning Oct 1st. ::)  I bet I wasn't the only person who complained we didn't have any warning about this.

I got lucky today with only an eleven minute delay heading out and a five minute delay (with ice cream in the car) on my return trip.  They seem to be working at night and making good time.  Tomorrow might be our last day caught in the delays as they continue up the road past our turnoff.  If we are really lucky we will miss it altogether tomorrow.

Yes, MODERN FAMILY was very funny last night.

I hope that THE OFFICE is funnier then it was last week. And I am looking forwad to the second episode of OUTSOURCED. I love Gupta!

I've recorded two episodes of "Outsourced," but haven't had time to watch them.  I've also recorded but not yet watched the last episode of "Modern Family."

Did anybody watch LAW & ORDER: LOS ANGELES last night?

My wife and I did, but we weren't that impressed with it.

I wish they hadn't canceled the original.

I never watched the original but I watched L&O:LA last night...I enjoyed it more for the manly eye-candy.

But that's just me. ;)

I just have to add that with 4 cats, cleaning up cat hurl is almost a daily activity. My 22 year old, mostly an outdoor cat, only did this once of twice his whole life. Wonder what the difference is?

Good Evening!

I had a good time at the subterranean pool party. My friend and I left a little early - we didn't stay for all the "entertainment" nor for the "after party" - but we did have a good time.

And that's all for now.

Alas, on the subway ride home, I developed a headache - I have a feeling it may have to do with the pending storm.  And once I got home, there was some landlord/lease stuff I had to deal with, so...  And since I'll be playing auditions all day tomorrow, I think the best thing for me to do right now is to do some stretching, listen to some music, go to bed, and get some sleep.

VIBES AND XYLOPHONES TO ALL.

Goodnight.

Back from a lovelier than lovely dinner with Lauren Rubin at Hugo's.  Also at Hugo's, Bruce Vilanch - we had a wonderful talk and he told me he'd love to come do one of the Gardenia shows, and I'll definitely take him up on it.

I would love for someone to post more info on Vitamin D and fatigue, too, if there is first-hand information out there.

The summer heat in the valley has officially sucked the life out of me.  I have no desire for another day.  I need 70 degrees or below.  Wishfull thinking.  ;D
