Since I've cut out cheese from my diet (I LOVE cheese and now we're eating the soy stuff) I was intrigued by the mention of vegan cheese. In spite of being in New York, the center of the known world, it is not easy finding this stuff. I just spent time looking for Daiya, Sheese, Dr. Cow and Teese. They are all NOT readily available around here. I may order some on line and see what it's like.

The brand name of the almond cheese is Lisanatti.  I highly recommend the mozzarella.

I wonder if my niece (who's a vegan) knows about this brand.  She's tried several non-dairy cheeses and really hasn't been happy with many of them.
I'm sending Craig the info as he is now eating completely Vegan.

I hope the director can be ruthless enough to make "Leap of Faith" work. I think audiences are always suckers for the "Rainmaker/110" and "Music Man" and "Gantry," even "Anyone Can Whistle," story to work. We need miracles these days and the chance to uplift an audience should not be squandered.

Perhaps Cathy Rigby will agree to another national tour in PETER PAN!

JohnG, the acupuncturist today said there are ways an acupuncturist can help with chronic kidney stones, though he said typically the first approach is dietary/nutritional.
thank you. The cause for me is calcium. Yet none of my doctors wants me to eliminate dairy from my diet.

John
, calcium causes my kidney stones, as well.  Eight to ten glasses of water a day tends to keep them away.

Miss Carroll decidedly un-NUN-like performing what her particular Method Muse has convinced her is dancing.

I'm really tired - I didn't get to sleep until after two, and while I did sleep till just before ten, I'm still draggin'.  I would like to jog and I may just give it a whirl in a little while.

We are back from Oxford, where we enjoyed John Wood's lecture and dinner with our niece/goddaughter Lauren.

DR Elmore - I thanked you here the other day for the double Morris/Bolcom CD and discovered today that it's a TRIPLE!  Thank you, even more!

I think Roger Moore may have been my first object of sin, as well...or maybe it was Adrian Zmed.

That is what I was drinking before the stones came back with a vengeance in the last few years. I still drink a great deal of water and it helps. But it isn't a complete panacea. I wish it were.

So do I. And I'm glad you're enjoying it as it happens. I just realized from your note that I had a similarly wonderful day.

I didn't get a lot of sleep last night, but the sleep I had was very deep with lots of dreams.  Some were very strange but not off-putting.  I dont' remember the details of much except one where we were in one room and my great aunt grace was in the room across the way. It really was more like a stage. She was an artist so  I was very pleased to  introduce her to Paul.  She didn't say anything but just sat and smiled like she approved of my life and my friends.   Aunt Grace died when I was in college.  She was in her 90s at the time.  The dream was really comforting.  Almost like she was letting me know that she knows I'm doing fine.
