Lovely Page Four welcome dRMBARNUM.

Yes indeed, if Carlson or Marlowe got recent nominations for anything, it would be remarkable since they are both busy being dead right now.

Maybe I need some edge enhancement.  I know I need some hair enhancement.

Yes yes yes - BILLIE has hullaballoo dancing with Miss Donna McKechnie - in one long shot I beleive even standing in for the dance challenged future Aint Eller.  It is strange to see Patty Duke in scenes about The Beat, when she couldn't get "THE BEAT" if someone was hitting on the head with a hammer....and the lovely GIRL IS A GIRL IS A GIRL drag number in the locker room has many implications.

BILLIE also has a Frances Farmer connection!  If anyone knows it.  And by the way, a young FF was the writer of the poem I posted yesterday.

I have absolutely nothing interesting to post. Just took a break to see what was going on here. But - lest I be accused of lurkification (a crime in five southern States) -  I'm saying hello.

Can't speak for Jane, although I suspect she'd say the same thing, but there was too much to eat it all.
Actually, I hardly ever eat all my food. This drives some people crazy. But I just eat until I'm full and then I stop. Unless I'm really nervous or upset, in which case I either can't eat at all or I eat way past being full because I don't realize I'm full until I get a stomach ache from eating TOO MUCH.
Aren't you glad you asked, Jennifer?

Evening all!

I must say how very much I enjoyed the pictures of the Breakfast Club!    It looked like a swell meeting and tons of fun!

Going back to last night and toilets  and such.  You really should have a seat cover.  There's no more rude awakening then a shot of cold to the old butt cheeks in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning!

We don’t have a problem with the seat being up in our house.  Then again there are just two human females.

Poor Bear is 7 years old and still squats like a girl.  I think he gets confused.  I do find it somewhat embarrassing when I take him for a walk.  But then your talking about someone who wore a skirt to work the other week and tried to pull it down when attending one of lifes necessities.   Skirts/dresses up.  Pants down.  Hey, I can’t remember EVERYTHING!   ;D

Well, I was wrong about Billie.  Remember I said it probably wouldn't be too bad being full-frame because the director was sort of a TV guy.  WRONG.  The film is SCOPE (the titles are properly letterboxed).  I'm sorry, but does MGM/UA just not have a clue?  In this day and age to release a pan-and-scan DVD of a scope film is the height of amateurishness.  It's incomprehensible, and I shall be writing my next column at The DVD Place about this very thing.

Actually Michael, I had asked about the differences between the album and the CD release.  I didn't know that there were two album releases.  I'll have to check which one I have and compare it with the CD.  Anyway, thanks for the info!

I believe it follows the 2nd lp version. Too bad they could splice them together to get a more complete version.

Balderdash. I entered chat and I was the only one. Hmpf.

Camelot is over, and it was fun and all that jazz. We recieved excellent reviews, mediocre audiences, and lots of laughs. I'm actually glad the SHOW is over, although I do miss the people involved.

I'm auditioning for "The Enchantment of Beauty and the Beast" this Friday night. It's a childrens show, and I'm hoping to get a fun role. I wonder if Mrs. Pots exists in this version...?

I am very, very, very ready for school to be out...

^ That's an online photo album that I have...not too many up at the moment, just some goofy pictures of my friends and castmates. And because everyone asks when they see it, Bryce played Lancelot. And his hair really is that curly.

BK, Aly loves her celebrity autograph pictures, and thought your picture was lovely. She thanks you :).

Hmm. Thats all :).

Hi folks, Just a very quick post on the Australian production of The Producers, currently running at Melbourne's Princess Theatre. Fantastic fun, crisp line delivery, great choreography, superb staging and scenery, the laughter and applause just kept on coming. I'll never be able to look at Zimmer frames the same way again! Will definately be going back as soon as the pocket allows. Looking forward to that with great anticipation.

Good Evening!

Well, I'm back up in Arlington.  I decided to go ahead and make the drive up tonight rather than dealing with the heat tomorrow afternoon, so...  Alas, I shall have to deal with my own "evil eye" when she knocks on the door at 8:30 tomorrow morning... Ah, well...

Dinner was good.  We did the 1/2 price burger and quiche night at Strawberry St. Cafe.  My burger was pretty good tonight - sometimes it's just like a hockey puck.  Unfortunately, Mark's quiche (crabmeat and swiss) was not as good as it could have been.  -This place has a habit of putting a thick layer of cheese on top of their quiches... it just makes for too much cheese - and makes the quiche much richer than it should be.  But what can you do...  EAT!

As luck would have it, I ended up looking at possible new apartment after dinner... Very nice place, and it's availability is right in line with my schedule.  So... we shall see...  -And, best of all, it's only a short block from my current place... so I can just walk and/or cart everything over!  -And the landlord is very cool too!

Well, I'm gonna watch some TV... Sorry I missed chat... I got caught up in the "Wrinkle In Time" movie.  Not bad.  Makes me want to re-read the books again.  -Interesting side note, in Newsweek, Madeleine L'Engle said she didn't like the movie... Hmmm...

Did L'Engle say why she didn't like the movie, or is it another of those amorphous statements?

It's probably as good a film version as could be made.  The book gets very abstract at times.
