I wasn't going to mention Googling Santorum but since I'm one of the evil homosexuals helping to destroy America as we know it, go ahead, Google Santorum

Remember, you were warned  ;)

Time to walk to the Post Office. I know all about Dan Savage, whom I admire a lot, and Santorum, so I'm going to out.

I had a lovelier than lovely phone conversation with Mr Ron Raines earlier.

DR Jose, good for you speaking up last night.  I guess she didn't care she was being rude to her brother  ::)

Sadly, neither did her parents. :-\

Oh...

Good Afternoon!

After checking out a few reviews on Yelp!, I got my hair cut in a barber shop in the 86th Street Subway Station... And it's a great cut! Who knew?

And now I need to head out for the rest of my day which includes a screening of "Every Little Step", the documentary about the revival of A Chorus Line. There will be a post-screening discussion with Baayork Lee, Donna McKechnie, John Breglio and Jay Binder (the casting director). Best of all, it's FREE!

DR Jose - funny you should mention Donna McKechnie.  In my great Mom Cave Clean-up, I ran across (and eventually pitched) a clipping from the Phoenix paper about a production of "I'm Getting My Act Together and Taking It On the Road"  that she did there in 1992.  My Mom and I saw it together at the Herberger.

Larry, I just a few moments ago placed an Amazon order with no problems.  I recommend clearing your cache (not a euphemism).

I'll have to call my Mac Man; if I try this, I could destroy the world.

Do it...you know you want to.

I haven't shopped at Goodwill for years, but eons ago I found mint copies of the Time Life Swing Era record sets, in the hard cases with the hardback books, and that made me very happy.

Quite a few years ago, a woman that I work with found a small vase at a local Goodwill for about $12.  It turns out that it was an actual Tiffany vase.  It was appraised for about $1200 and she sold it for $900!!

It's no wonder the US Postal Service is as screwed up and in trouble like every other asshole agency in this government. Has anyone tried to communicate with these fools? It's almost impossible.

My branch has now closed the window where mail is picked up, address changed, etc. with only one line now for every service. This means, if you go in to pick up a week's worth of held mail and the line for sending mail or buying stamps is out the door, you're screwed.

I need today a Priority Mail carton that's the same size as a large Fed Ex carton. But . . . no US Postal packaging matches that size. I cannot find any carton issued by the US Postal Service large enough to handle the two carpets I need to return to Pottery Barn. WTF?

Destroy the world? It's people I like, humanity I loathe. Besides the world's gonna end on Saturday so why should I rush things?
