BTW, DR jose, your twitter comment from the other day made me laugh.  Do twitter pros really consider people with the egg profiles spammers?  I had an a purple egg for the longest time! :)

(I really had no idea just didn't feel like putting up a pic).

I want to get mail again!

It's now 7 business days and counting.

The government is currently try to force them to go back to work (sounds good to me). But the opposition party is trying to stall! :(

I am not happy. But hopefully we will know something tomorrow.

My niece and I went swimming tonight before dinner. Tomorrow is her last day of kindergarten.

She is becoming so good. Today she went on the diving board for the first time. And she loved it. So she went another 30 times!

On Monday she starts swimming lessons, guppies 6 and under swim team, and maybe synchronized swimming for juniors.  She is gonna be super busy!

Keith & I are going to the neighbor's house for wine & snacks.

Does the neighbor know?

;D  yes.

We found out she recently ran into the wife of our ex-neighbor & found out two years ago he died. :(  We had no idea.  I was eating bread with an excellent roasted red pepper/feta spread & gasped.  I have been coughing ever since.  I think Inhaled my food.

Now playing:  Percy's exquisite treatment of Grusin's The Heart is a Lonely Hunter.  Those Lydian flourishes he gives to the cadences are gorgeous.  I believe The Lion in Winter is coming up next, which Percy does in 3/4.

Why did he leave off the last quarter?

Has there ever been a year like this one, as far as flooding?  I mean in modern times, not when elmore was a youth.

Hi everyone - DD Ben went to the vet yesterday and did very well.  He got his rabies shot and is all ready to go  He is at a good weight and seems to be healthy.  Our walks have been fun filled with almost NO pulling on my part.  He's behaving well at camp and the kids love him.

It's been a week since he came to live with me, and the strides he's made have been amazing.

Other than that, everything else is the same :)

That is strange.  I jsut  got an e-mail from DD Ben today, praising how well you were doing.

Tonight there was a great mistake on the news.  They were doing the promo for what's coming up after the break and announced "Coming up Mr. Food will give a great Southern recipe"  The video was a cat meowing on someone's lap.  The announcer started laughing and said "It's not cat!"

LOL

BlueGobo offers a great clip of Elaine Stritch and Russell Nype singing "You're Just in Love":

http://www.bluegobo.com/

I don't know why, but every time I see Russel Nype's name, I always think of Nipsey Russell first.  Weird huh?

Me too.  But the idea of Elaine Stritch and Nipsy Russell together convinced me otherwise.

Back from a second jog, so a total of three miles today.  Slowly, I'm building back up to four.

Thanks DR Jennifer,  I took a night off from it and I'm glad I did.   I still may go down and pull up the rest of the carpet, but I may just do it tomorrow.  Sometimes you just have to let it sit

Daily? And the answer doesn't have to be particularly long. The paper isn't all that long.

DR Jane is THE SNOWMAN by Jo Nesbø the first book? You will have to let me know how you like it.

It is the fourth of his books that have been translated (the 1st two haven't been).  You need to begin with "The Redbreast".
While I don't think they are as good as the 2nd two books in the Millennium series I'm enjoying them. http://jonesbo.com/
