I had a few minutes between shows so I popped into an internet place.  I had a leisurely morning and headed towards a couple of theatres to buy tickets.   My friend saw Ghost, the Musical in Manchester and recommended that I see it.    I got a ticket for Saturday.  And the only show that has a Sunday performance is The Wizard of Oz, Andrew Lloyd Webber's latest ( it has some songs from the movie and a few new ones).  Michael Crawford plays the title character.

After that I walked to Trafalgar Square and stopped in the National Gallery.  I don't know much about art, but enjoyed seeing the paintings very much.  I remember Renoir and Degas, to name two!  And lest you think the USA is not represented, there's a painting by an American (can't think of the name) of the Delaware Water Gap!

Being the theatre fan I am, I searched to see if there were any Tuesday matinees.  Well, the only two I could find were Phantom.... and The Mouse Trap.  I've seen the Mouse Trap before, and I've seen Phantom many times, but I couldn't resist seeing it today since I'm seeing the sequel, Love Never Dies, tonight.  I thought it was a great production, though I didn't enjoy Christine as much as I did by DR elmore's friend, Sara Jean Ford (I got the name right, I think!).   Time for dinner!

Yes, DR KevinH, you got the name right! I love Sara Jean. I hope you are having a fantastic time.

When I left Toyland, I fond the elevator today didn't want to open on the 10th floor, so I finally got sick of waiting, figured the hell with it and walked down 10 flights carrying a ton of printed paper. I was not amused.

As soon as I got home, I jumped into a bathtub of cool water and pretended I was in a pool. It's a killer doing laps in a pool five feet long and maybe three feet wide.

I think I'll go eat now and jog later rather than jog now and eat later.  Sun is finally breaking through.

I just found out that my favorite Disney film A TIGER WALKS was released on DVD....when this happened, I don't know...but I had been waiting YEARS for it and they slipped it in without any fanfare, evidently.

So I just ordered a copy from Amazon.com.   ;D

Back from having a sandwich and no fries or onion rings.  Then I took some music to be Xeroxed.

We have returned from a nice lunch at Six Feet Under with my first cousin Perry and our second cousin Susie and her husband.  I was being a chicken about navigating Richard to drive in Atlanta traffic, so Perry came and picked us up and then gave us a nice tour of Atlanta's east side.

He's a good guy...

I've been spending all sorts of lovely hours dealing with all the stuff it takes to actually issue a Blu and Ray.  It's unbelievable.  There is a company owned by Sony that you have to pay an annual fee to in addition to another fee per title issued in addition to a four-cent royalty for each title issued.  It's like having to pay money to have bar codes on product.  It's amazing that in this day and age something like that is allowed, but it is and everyone must comply.  Then I'm getting the account set up at the replicators.
