In honor of National Ice Cream Day, we just had vanilla frozen yogurt topped with the bourbon-infused caramel sauce that I bought yesterday in Kentucky.  Yum!

In honor of National Ice Cream Day, I just had a Magnum.

I still haven't had one.  I must...and soon!

I just don't get it department:  Herman Cain just stated on Fox News Sunday that communities should have the right to ban mosques, but that isn't discrimination based on religion.

WTF??

Back from Vitello's and seeing a two-person cabaret show - a textbook example of everything you should not do in a cabaret show.  Just awful.

It is, but I'm not watching it for the action. ;)

And now for something completely different...and quite interesting:  Why gas costs so much, and some other things you may not have known about petroleum.

Many thinks that I did not know, I now know.

Listened to 3 hrs of incredible live blues this afternoon.   Reading at Bernadette's at 2pm and then staying for the music at 3pm has been so wonderful the last 2 Sundays.   And of course the melted chocolate/fresh raspberries crossants. ;D

I'll order the new cd and pay for the 2 from Friday in the morning before work.  That way it's only 1 paypal transaction.    Thanks again bk.  :)

Baseball game update...in the top of the 16th inning, Boston has a run!  They got three outs and now, Tampa Bay is up.  Will they score at all?  Will they tie and go into the 17th inning?  Will they win?  These questions and more won't be answered by me, because I'm going to bed.  I am picking up my friend Margo from the airport and her flight comes in at 8:30 a.m.  That's just too darned early for me!  So, I'm off to bed so that I don't fall asleep while driving. :)

Good night, all.
