Thanks, Cillaliz. These really aren't dangerous unless you are on the road. It's the microbursts that are really scary (I've only been in one).

I remember having a really bad bout with gastritis once.  It was extremely painful.  Vibes you're better FAST!

Has anyone else been reading about the Salem, Oregon woman with terminal cancer who had her weekly garage sales shut down by the city (Boo, Salem!)?  She used the money from the garage sales to pay for her cancer treatment.

I guess there is now an online site that has raised over $8,000.00 for the woman's care.

I have been eating more dairy & am gaining weight.  I need to be good tomorrow.  I can see with Craig it is a healthy diet if done correctly.
