TCB, Baby! it only took me 3- count 'em - 3 years to get through that SS Disability maze for my disabled cousin... started August, 3 years ago, and finally got her approved this past Aug, and her first check finally came mid-Sept... oy... they'll drive a person crazy.

I'm gonna hope your story is MUCH funnier, and a whole lot easier...
