Alas, I must return to my church job this week. It has been a really nice two week semi-break. I never actually really take a vacation, since I have so much to do, but at least I didn't have to drive that much.

Unfortunately my kidney stones were the beginning of what has been a chronic lower back issue. I hope yours resolves more completely for you.

My are recurring, so I just live with most of them unless they get really bad. This one was more on the bad scale.

TONIGHT is the start of Zumba since we had snow and road closings last night......it is followed by an hour class of social/line/ballroom dancing which should be fun!!!
