I am on hold waiting for a teleconference to start. It's about a new proposal that would be great for my immigration clients and is one of the changes that the executive branch could have made 4 yerars ago since congressional approval isn't necessary, but.....I just hope they really do it now

So much for easy assemblage. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble this Hoover and try it out. Instruction books and I do not agree: why does nothing in the illustrations look like the object in my hand? why isn't there a lovely detailed dos[;ay of all the assorted objects? how did I miss the info about the handle? Oy!

It runs beautifully. I am happy I broke nothing in the assemblage.

Speaking of movies....We went to three movies this trip. Considering I think we have only gone twice since I broke my shoulder this was something. I found I can sit, at least in a stadium seating theater, through a movie without it hurting.

We saw HUGO in a very comfortable theater in Palm Springs.

That might be part of it, DR JRand. This group usually meets on the first Tuesday of the month and they decided to move to the 2nd this month because last Tuesday was the first day back to work after New Year's. Attendance would have been even worse last week!
