Good Evening!

I'm back from a nice long stroll around the Upper East Side... With some stops for a properly made cup of Ovaltine, a slice of "cacio e pepe" pizza, a brown sugar espresso shortbread cookie and a cortado. :)

You mean that someone was able to make those Ovaltine kernels actually melt?

As for morning sneezing and sneezes...

Sunlight can make you sneeze.

Then no one in Tacoma would ever sneeze.

I  know what you mean, TCB!  When I was a child,  I used to eat Ovaltine out of the jar instead of mixing it with milk.

Jane, you'll be proud of me. A completely vegetarian meal (not vegan). I sauteed the brussels sprouts in butter and triple sec. Baked cauliflower steaks in truffle oil. And made a little dip to go with some raw radishes.

I am proud of you.

The story on her in the New York Times said that her health is fragile because of her Type 1 diabetes and it includes vision problems as well as brittle bones.

Are brittle bones a problem from the diabetes?  She danced for so long it should have helped, but then maybe she would have been worst had she not danced.

It can come from the effects of having to take insulin.
