I personally don't like spoilers. Although I am normally quite good with just the title of the show being listed.

In this case i don't think what DR JMK wrote was necessarily spoilerish. However since the series has not finished airing on tv yet I think the case is a bit different than if that comment had been made after a Sunday episode.

It's hard because it's fun to discuss shows. And discussing a show in depth requires spoilers.

Not really.     The Production Code wouldn't allow Maxim to be an outright murderer, plus the whole affair/illegitimate baby subplot was glossed over.
