Flatsigned is some eBay term some dealer came up with a decade ago - it denotes a signature on a page of the book, rather than a tipped in signature or one on a laid in card.

Today, I went to see "The Artist" with my friend Margo and her friend Marsha.  Marsha and I arrived at the theater at about the same time and Margo came in about 5 minutes after it started.  I quietly filled her in on what had happened, but she really didn't miss much.  Other than that little we all loved it very much.  It was touching and sweet and delightful and a lot of fun.  Highly recommended! :D
