Our experience is the mother bird flies away and returns after you move a little distance from the nest.

Well, the manager of the singer got in contact with the director of the show - threw her little attitude at him, only to find out what I basically already knew - her beloved client had - wait for it - SIGNED A RELEASE, as all the performers in these shows do.  Oops.  Apology?  No.  Just, "I'll need a copy of it."  I hope he tells her to go take a flying leap.

I'd have loved to have heard that exchange.

Actually listening to the ALW set now. I think I like the Tyne Daly number (surprise, surprise) best of all. Maybe it's because I didn't know the song.
