That's great.

The 2nd time I drove on my own something died in the car and I had just enough time to pull it into the station my parents used for repairs. I was very lucky to be near it.

The 3rd time I drove the car I was driving past the golf course when I noticed a golf ball flying straight at me. I figured it would be best to slow down & let it hit the front window vs flying in through the open side window & hitting my head. I was very grateful to see it bounce off the front window leaving only a big crack in the shape of a golf ball.

I was hesitant to drive a 4th time-lol

At the Screen Actors Awards:

Julianne Moore just thanked all the cast members of Game Change (about Sarah Palin) and I thought I heard "Sandy Bainum." Sure enough, I looked at imdb and saw that Sandy played Cindy McCain!

Last night we took my Dad out for his birthday dinner - we went to a local seafood restaurant as he loves seafood -

the specials were tailor made for him =

Oysters Rockerfeller as an appetizer and a 2 lb whole lobster , served with baked potato, stuffed clam and veggies for an entree

he was in heaven

the traffic here (and our aggressive drivers ) is why the Vixter hesitated so long before she felt ready to try her hand at driving

I've started watching a BBC mini-series called "Injustice" with James Purefoy and Nathaniel Parker. It's from the creator of "Foyle's War." Good, but it could be better.
