I can't seem to get any of these bells or whistles to work for me.

I have tried hightlighting the part I want bold or underlined, but when I preview it, all I have is the symbols at the end of the message.

Also, what is the WHSIWYG button?

TCB - I found that using the "type-highlight-function" instructions didn't work for me either. In order to use bold, italics, etc., the text you want bold or whatever must be in between the stuff. Hope that clears it up for you.

Danise, html won't work here. We use something very close though. For instance, you'll need to use brackets [ ] instead of html's < > for italics.

BK, I googled "smilies" and found a site with a bunch of 'em: http://www.clicksmilies.com/ You just copy the code and voila!

Thanks! I guess, that's what I'm doing wrong. A suggestion if I may? How about a page that has all (well most) of the codes/special features or is that already here somewhere that I haven't seen?
